Load Capacity & Structural Safety

What is the maximum static load of your commercial strength equipment?
All BICKGYM commercial frames are engineered to a verified static load of 500 kg, with a 3× safety factor (1,500 kg ultimate). Each unit undergoes ISO 20957-compliant fatigue testing -- 100,000 load cycles before leaving the atelier.
Can the equipment be used safely by athletes above 120 kg?
Yes. Our reformers, towers and chair systems are rated for users up to 180 kg dynamic load. Reinforced steel cores within the solid wood frame transfer load directly to floor-anchored points, eliminating flex.

Timber Grade & Materials

Which timber species do you use, and where are they sourced?
We use European white oak, North American beech and FSC-certified ash. All timber is kiln-stabilized to 8-10% moisture content and finished with food-grade, low-VOC plant oils -- safe for closed-environment studios and postpartum recovery rooms.
Are the upholstery and hardware medical-grade?
Upholstery uses antimicrobial, phthalate-free PU compliant with EN 71-3 standards. Bearings are German-engineered, sealed-for-life units, and springs are clinically tested for rehabilitation use -- silent under all load conditions.

Warranty & After-Sales

What does the standard warranty cover?
Frames are covered for 5 years against structural defects. Moving components -- bearings, pulleys, springs -- carry a 2-year warranty. Upholstery and trim: 12 months. Commercial accounts may extend coverage through a service contract.
How quickly can spare parts be delivered internationally?
Critical wear items are stocked at our Jinan and Dezhou facilities. Standard parts ship within 48 hours via DHL/FedEx -- typical delivery of 5-9 business days worldwide. Bonded warehousing is available for studios with 20+ units.

What is the recommended maintenance schedule for commercial use?
Daily wipe-down with neutral cleaner; weekly inspection of springs and ropes; quarterly re-oiling of timber surfaces with our supplied finish kit; annual professional service. We provide a printed maintenance log for each delivered unit.
Do you offer on-site technician training for studio staff?
Yes. Orders of 10+ units include a one-day on-site training session covering inspection, lubrication and minor repair. Video documentation and a downloadable manual in 6 languages are provided for ongoing reference.

Can equipment dimensions be customized to fit our floor plan?
Absolutely. Send us your CAD drawings -- our atelier designers will return a 3D layout proposal within 7 business days, including equipment dimensions, traffic flow analysis and finish recommendations matched to your interior palette.
Do you support rehabilitation and postpartum recovery scenarios?
Yes -- our clinical line offers lower spring resistance, wider carriages and grab-bar accessories developed in collaboration with rehabilitation physicians. We currently equip 40+ postpartum recovery centers across Asia and Europe.
What are the typical MOQ and lead times for a full studio fit-out?
No fixed MOQ -- single bespoke pieces are welcome. Standard production for a full 8-12 unit studio is 35-45 days, plus 15-30 days sea freight. Air freight and expedited lines are available for urgent projects.
